Civil Engineering & Construction Work

Using the construction work techniques that are friendly to building, users and surrounding environment, our civil engineering undertaking includes residential land development, rooftop green scaping, land decontamination, as well as wide variety of river and bridge related construction works.

We plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.

Lumen-Deo Realties and Constructions Ltd Facility Management (FM) encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, places, processes and technology.

In LUMEN-DEO we see Operation and Maintenance (O&M) as critical component of the overall program of facility management. And it contains five distinct functions: Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Training and Administration (OMETA). Beyond establishing and facilitating the OMETA links, our O&M managers have the responsibility of interfacing with other department managers and making their case for ever shrinking budgets.

LUME-DEO puts systems in place for guaranteed efficiency and effectiveness in facility and property management. A well-managed facility functions at optimal level, offering real added value improvements.

Our FM personnels are involved in dealing with various contractors and suppliers in carrying out maintenance and upgrades, and providing services such as security, cleaning, and property maintenance.
